We hope you love our products always, and never need to come to this page. But in an extremely rare case that you do, here is our return policy:
1. If you wish to return our product, please note that some small irregularities in pattern, weaving, color, block, design, etc. signify that these are handcrafted products and therefore are truly unique in nature. These are not machine-made products and hence we would appreciate it if you could consider this before returning any product. If you still want to exchange then read carefully all the below points.
2. Exchange of items should be within 2- 3 days from receipt of the parcel only.
3. No return/ exchange will be given for Fabrics/ Jewelry/Accessories.
4. Please ensure that the product is unused, not washed and not damaged, and with all tags intact.
5. No exchanges will be made against garments that have been altered by the customer.
6. Returns can be requested by emailing us at naarithefashionhouse@gmail.com with your order details within 24 hours from receiving the parcel with the valid reason for return or exchange.
7. The reverse pick-up and delivery charges will be borne by the customer. You will be charged separately for reverse pick-up and delivery. The charges for return, in this case, would not be reimbursed.
8. Face mask is not returnable. If it comes along with the kurta set then INR 50 would be deducted during your next exchange.
9. We will ask you to courier us back the product and share the tracking slip with us. The charges for return, in this case, would not be reimbursed.
10. No refund will be provided in any circumstances.
11. Repeated exchange on the same product will not be given. The product will be exchanged only one time.
